Room #2 Custom Home Nice Residential Area

This room comes with everything! king bed , Tv, Trash bin, Fans and Heaters as well as central air! There are dressers to store your clothing too! The living room , dining room, kitchen backyard are available to you s well! Washer/dryer is provided You will have your own fridge to use! Shared 2 bathrooms Coffee machine,air fryer stove top i have all the appliances Clothing ironing is provided The space house on 2 acres in very nice area . Guest access kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room yard, garage and bathrooms. During your stay Im home Monday-Friday usually evenings you can reach me and nights. Also the weekends i am always available unless i have something planned. If you need to exchange information with me that can be arranged! Tissue paper Towels Bath towels are provided you also get your own fridge to store your food in as well. Other things to note Host lives on site. There is usually a time when we will interact but i also give people space. I do not allow parties, slamming doors or any drama in my home! Please clean up after yourself when it is time to leave is all i ask Absolutely no smoking in my house take it outside thanks! Also i allow people to have 1 guest to visit but that's only for an hour especially if they aren't listed in the airbnb booking with you. Maximum twice a week you can have a guest visit you and If you are doing laundry here please use the machines no more than twice a week.
