There is a fee for extra guests so PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LIST & PAY FOR ALL GUESTS ON THE RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING. NO VISITORS ALLOWED. Guests may be able to add an additional bedroom for an extra fee if available. Pets allowed if guests notify host, book & pay for them in advance. This is a shared space, other guests will be staying in other two private bedrooms in house, guests must coordinate their checkin time with host. There is a chance guests could get switched to one of our almost identical private rooms nearby, depending on availability, and especially with last minute same day bookings. All of our private rooms have nearly identical decor, locations & amenities. Please inquire in advance if you prefer to only stay in a particular room/location. There is absolutely NO SMOKING & NO VAPING allowed of any kind inside the townhouse. Townhouse includes shared front yard, back porch, outdoor seating & grills. Shared outdoor shower. Propane tank for grills provided. Propane itself must be purchased by guest or we can refill for a fee. Sauna & firepit may be available some months for an extra fee upon request. Guest access Guests will have access to entire townhouse except for other private bedrooms, basement & attic. This is a shared space & guests must coordinate their checkin time with host. Located next to the Atlantic Ocean & “wall” sidewalk walking path, this townhouse has ocean views from private bedroom & shared living room, is directly accessible to the ocean, and is a 5-min drive to North Beach and also the heart of Hampton Beach & it’s boardwalk, local restaurants, bars & shops. It’s about a 10-min drive to Jenness Beach in Rye. Boardwalk, bars, restaurants & shopping are easily accessible by car. It’s about a 7-minute walk to a local coffee shop & a 30-second walk to the ocean. During your stay Host is available to answer questions most any time.
