The house with a view of the Sibillini mountains is on 2 floors and consists of: Ground floor: -1 veranda with sofa beds, armchairs and view of the mountains -1 spacious entrance to the living room with 2 sofa beds -1 fully equipped kitchen -1 service bathroom with usable washing machine On the 1nd floor: -1 double bedroom -1 room with two bunk beds -1 complete bathroom with large shower box All surrounded by greenery and peace in the countryside in the Sibillini Mountains National Park The space On your arrival you will find a 'rustic' veranda where you can relax, gazing at a glimpse of the Sibillini mountains during the day and a sky full of stars in the evening, with a sofa (bed) and armchairs oriented to enjoy the view. The living room, which is the heart of the flat, is very spacious, completely renovated and bright, with two sofa beds in the middle that can be used in case of need or to enjoy an evening in front of the 34'' smart TV. There is also a very large extendable wooden table where you can enjoy meals with family or friends. There is also a spacious desk where you can work in smart working. The modern and very large kitchen is equipped with every accessory and all the latest appliances such as dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, etc.. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the second floor in the sleeping area complete with all sanitary fittings and a large glazed shower cubicle. The second service bathroom is on the ground floor also equipped with a functioning and usable washing machine. Each room is equipped with all comforts. The double bedroom is equipped with a memory foam mattress (top of the range) and latex pillows. The other bedroom is equipped with single beds, bunk beds, in viscoelastic with latex pillows. The bathroom in the rooms is complete with all amenities from sanitary & big sowher box. The gem of the villa is the tranquillity and total immersion in the green of the charming Sibillini mountains, where you can spend relaxing days with family or friends. Guest access The house, easy to find, is situated in the quiet countryside and overlooks the Sibillini mountains, with a large garden in front. Once you arrive in Serra turn left immediately, taking the uphill road, and you will have arrived. There is a large private parking space in front of the house. Other things to note Self-check-in and self-check-out allow you to manage your arrival and departure independently. The key box is located next to the main entrance. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
