The living room, which is the heart of the apartment, is very spacious, completely renovated and bright, with two sofa beds in the center to be used if needed or to enjoy an evening in front of the 34" smart TV. There is also a very large and extendable wooden table where you can enjoy meals with family or friends. There is also a spacious desk where you can work remotely. The modern and very large kitchen is equipped with every accessory and all the latest appliances such as dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, etc. There are 2 bathrooms: one on the first floor in the sleeping area, complete with all bathroom fixtures with a large glass shower enclosure. The second bathroom, a service bathroom, is on the ground floor and is also equipped with a usable washing machine. Each room is equipped with all comforts. Once you arrive in Serra, turn left immediately, taking the uphill and you will have arrived. In front of you, you will find several private parking lots. Other things to note Thanks to check-in and automatic check-out, you can manage the entrance and exit independently. The lockbox for the key is placed next to the house door. Check-in from 4pm and check out at 11am.
