After the entrance area, there is a floor with a work area, a bed (with a view), an open fireplace and the lockable bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a superbly equipped kitchen and a large terrace with spectacular views. A spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace with a breathtaking 360° view over the houses of the old village and the Gulf of Squillace. By car, you can reach almost deserted sandy beaches in a good 10 minutes. With their blue and turquoise colors, they are reminiscent of the Caribbean. Guest access The entire apartment and the terraces are only occupied by you during your stay. Free parking is available in the town. It's between 5 and 10 minutes on foot to the house. Other things to note For those looking for the original Italy. Enjoy the mountains, sea and starry sky, and soak up the atmosphere of a typical southern Italian village. Pizzeria and bars in the village, very good restaurants by the sea (reachable within 10 minutes). Bars, boutiques and nightlife in Soverato, about 30 minutes away. In high season (15.7.-15.8.) there are often festivals - even in the small village. This is very picturesque and the music invites you to dance. Most of the festivals are in the center. Firewood (to fire the fireplace in winter) is charged separately and according to consumption. In summer, electricity is charged according to usage (use of the air conditioning systems).
