Private Rustic Garage Suite

Welcome to our Hive, located in the Land of Milk & Honey! This quaint, rustic garage suite is located on a 3 acre property. This private suite is separate from the main house (host’s house) and is easily accessible. Parking is located right next to the suite. Inside the suite you’ll find a queen size bed, 3-piece bathroom, small kitchenette area, mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Fresh towels and basic bathroom toiletries are provided. The suite is 45 minutes from Winnipeg. The space Private garage suite located on 3 acres property. Suite has a cozy, rustic, welcoming feel to it. A great space to unwind! Complimentary snacks and beverages provided! Guest access This garage suite is located on 3 acres of beautiful property. Guests are welcome to enjoy and explore the yard. Please keep in mind that we also live here with our family so you may see others on the property also. The parking spot right next to the garage suite is exclusively reserved for the Airbnb guest. If you require extra parking space, please request this in your booking. We can definitely accommodate this (within reason of course). Other things to note The host family owns a dog (boxer/bulldog), three friendly cats and a few free-range chickens and a rooster. There may also be children outside playing. We ask that you use caution when driving on the property. Lastly, we kindly ask that there be no smoking or vaping in our garage suite. We ask that you do this outside. We strive to keep the suite clean and smelling fresh for each guest; please respect this rule out of courtesy to us and others. If you bring your fur baby, please let us know and please indicate that in the reservation, along with the $25 pet fee. We work hard to make this suite a positive experience for every guest so the pet fee is to cover the extra cleaning and care required after a pet has been in the suite. We welcome your pet (under 35 lbs) and kindly ask that our guests are upfront about bringing them. We do our best to mitigate any extra “guests” but we are in the country and mice do tend to make an appearance occasionally. Our cats do an excellent job of keeping them at bay but in an effort to keep them from visiting, please avoid leaving food items on the counter or out in the open. **PLEASE NOTE ** With proper notice, I gladly allow early check in/late check out (within reason) but will NOT rent by the hour or just during the day. Check in is anytime after 4 pm and check out is no later than 11 am. This allows me proper time for cleaning and preparing the suite for my next guest. Thank you for understanding.
