Guest access The guest house is at the rear section of the main house with its own private entrance, fully fenced and private to the main house with a gate. There is both on street and off street parking available to guests. Once you park your car on the front driveway, please walk along the pathway which leads to the entry patio where you can self check-in to Baywater Retreat via a sucure lock box. Other things to note QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD - The guest house is in a peaceful, relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Loud noise and late night party is not allowed at our guest house.
