A beautifully kept two-storey Folk Victorian home that was built in 1910 in the heart of Lethbridge, Alberta. There are 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 double bed), 1.5 bathrooms, a newly renovated kitchen, a cozy covered porch, and plenty of yard space to enjoy. Free wifi and Netflix are included. Explore local shopping, restaurants, cafes, parks, and arts and cultural centres from this central location! Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole main house and yard/patio space. There is a separate basement suite with its own entrance on the West side of the house that may be rented separately. There is no shared interior space or interior basement access. Yard space may be shared, but most basement tenants only use the West side garden area. The detached garage/shed is used exclusively by the owners for maintenance. Guests may request access to the shed for bicycle or other outdoor equipment storage, but access is not guaranteed. Other things to note We ask that all guests be registered and respect that the whole property is smoke-free. Thank you! Guests are welcome to use to BBQ and propane tank, but we do not provide propane gas. Propane tanks can be filled at local home improvement stores or most gas stations. Guests may not take the provided propane tank and will be charged for any missing tanks after their stay.
