LT creek escape!

Experience the charm of LT Creek and unwind in this peaceful oasis. You’ll have a great time in this private, comfortable accommodation which makes the most of its creek front location. You can kick back and relax or enjoy the water (weather permitting) - kayak & life jacket available (just sign waiver) or bring your own (subject to approval). Please note: Limit: 1 or 2 pre booked adults only. No children/ infants permitted. (unsuitable: yard borders creek & is not fenced). Non smokers only. The space Your private area of my home includes a well-appointed bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite and walk-in robe - all linen provided. Included, along a communal corridor, is access to a separate lounge room for guests to use (this room is NOT available as an extra sleeping area). Here you will find a comfortable 2.5 seater lounge, TV and a table. Also included is a small fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (Expressi), toaster, crockery and cutlery. Food and drink (except for water) IS NOT TO BE CONSUMED in the bedroom. You will have access to air conditioning and a portable heater. Both rooms have a ceiling fan. The bedroom sleeps a maximum of 2 adult persons. It is not suitable for children or infants (yard borders the creek - no fence - safety risk). The deck has a dedicated area outside the room for your private use. It contains an outdoor lounge setting with coffee table and a recliner as well as a 2 seater bistro table setting. The deck area on the other side of the access stairs is NOT a shared space and is out of bounds. The bathroom provides an easily accessible shower, a vanity and is well appointed with shower gel, conditioner/shampoo and liquid soap and a hair dryer. Linen and towels are provided. An extra towel is available if you are using the kayak. A variety of teas (including green & peppermint) & coffee are provided. A light breakfast is included which consists of a variety of cereals, full cream milk, bread, butter, margarine, jam, honey, peanut butter and Vegemite. The fire is available during cooler months for booking at an additional cost. (subject to availability & pre-approval) Guest access The accommodation offers a separate entry and off street parking. Parking is available on the grassed area between the road and the boundary fence. The area is separated from the road by trees and gardens. No parking is allowed inside the boundary fence. *** Please check photos to help you with parking and access requirements.*** Most of the garden is shared, but your privacy is respected. The grassed area in front of the suite is available for your use. Area at the back of the house and the area around the shed is out of bounds. Boat ramp only available for kayak/canoe use. Deck area on the other side of stairs is not a shared space (out of bounds). Other things to note Mobile reception is poor if you are with a provider other than Telstra. ***NO SMOKING or VAPING or E-CIGARETTES are allowed anywhere on the property.*** The property's air conditioning is controlled from within the main house and is not accessible by guests. If you need the air conditioning turned on please contact the owner. A hand held vacuum is available for you to use. It is for use INSIDE the property ONLY. NOT to be used for any outside cleaning OR to vacuum out your car!!! A dustpan and brush are available for you to use. The use of the kayak is at your own risk. It is NOT suitable for anyone who cannot swim. A life jacket must be worn at all times while using a kayak. Kayak usage is limited to certain times - check guest information folder on arrival for times or text me for details. A waiver MUST BE SIGNED before kayak use. Kayak is to be lifted into and out of the water. DO NOT sit in the kayak and slide down the ramp. Abuse of this rule will result in cancellation of the use of the kayak. No one, other than booked guests, are allowed at the property at any time. BOOKINGS WITH CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum. No music, voices or noise after 10pm please. When you are NOT physically in the accommodation PLEASE: - turn off ALL lights, fans and switches in all rooms. - leave the windows (particularly in the ensuite) and the sliding door open to allow air to circulate (especially during the warmer months).
