You must let us know upon booking that you will be bringing a dog. Pet rules are as follows: - ONLY ONE DOG ALLOWED. No cats or any other animals. - $100 dog fee - No dogs on the furniture - Dogs must be FULLY outdoor potty trained (no puppy pads or litter boxes) - You must pick up waste in the yard ($250 fee if this is not followed) - Dogs must be in a crate if you leave in home alone during your stay - Dogs must be on leash while walking outside (the yard is fenced, but the backyard is shared with other guests) - Guests recognize that they are responsible for any damages caused by their dog - If we find that guests have violated any of these rules, you will incur a $500 fine and possibly eviction from the home. ADDITIONALLY Unauthorized Late Check Out is charged up to the cost of any nights impacted after the originally scheduled check-out time. Smoking in the home - $500 minimum charge and eviction from the Rental Unit Excessive Cleaning - Up to $150 per hour of additional cleaning needed Damaged or Missing Items vary depending on the cost of the item Missing Keys - $50 minimum charge Unauthorized Pets - $250 plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred Noise Complaints - potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000. Party in Unit or Common Area (including backyard) - Up to $2,000.00 plus any damage to the property. Maximum occupancy is 15 guests - $50 charge per guest over the maximum will be incurred.
