Description
LOCATION!! Casey's Cabins are right on Ruidoso's main street, one block from the river and steps away from the Village's best restaurants, shops and cafes. Our cozy, rustic cabins have been the “Heart of Midtown” since their construction in the 1940s. The cabins vary in size from single bedrooms to large cabins that accommodate up to ten, making Casey's the perfect spot for individuals, couples or large groups looking to rent multiple cabins together at one convenient site. The space Black Bear is our biggest cabin with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus two sleeper sofas, comfortably sleeping 12 guests. It was built by the Casey Family in the 1970s and served as their summer home when they managed the property. We adore its funky 70s style, with faux wood paneling and tall ceilings adorned with wooden accents. However, the bathrooms are outdated and in need of renovation, which we hope to do soon. The living room has high vaulted ceilings and a fireplace made of lava rocks collected by the Caseys. The spacious kitchen has a full stove and refrigerator, along with a dining table. The master bedroom, with a new queen bed and a private bathroom, is on the main floor, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs, there's a balcony with a great view of Sudderth, perfect for watching parades. Two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two queens, share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Another sleeper sofa is in the hallway by the patio. You'll have the entire cabin to yourself, and there's a shared yard out front where you can enjoy the seasonal parades on Sudderth Street.
