As well as small forest cockroaches (not the typical house/condominium cockroach) that may be able to enter the loft house as they can fly. Though we always ensure the loft house is insect-free before Guest check-in, visits aren’t 100% unavoidable as insects have minds and wings of their own. To minimize visits, turning off the outdoor lights when not in-use/needed is recommended. (Outdoor solar lights can be turned off, by request.) *A number of bird species can also be sighted in the vicinity, such as rarely seen birds like the Philippine Serpent Eagle and more. Which can be a delight for bird lovers and watchers. (Bringing Binoculars and Cameras may be a good idea.)☺️ *For our Guests Convenience, our Caretaker resides in a private room, within the property. But is separate from the loft-house. And she will only need to come out in the morning, to ensure the pool is clean and free of debris or insects that may fell-in during the night. So Guests can use the Pool conveniently and worry-free. Pool cleaning may be conducted around 6-8 AM. (Guests may refuse if they need extra privacy. Just kindly let us know. So we can advise our caretaker to stay indoors.) A pool leaf net is also available for Guests use if needed. *Please bring enough food, drinks and other essentials, as the nearest market/stores are at-least a 15-20 minute drive from the property. ————— 24/7 Security Cameras. We have six (6) security cameras installed outside the loft house for security. These cameras, cover the following areas only: * Street/Roadside * Garage * Patio * Pool Area * Daybed * Service area For guest's privacy, there is no audio/video recording device inside the loft house. CCTV footage is only accessible by the owner of the property, and is only accessed if there are any damages or incidents. ————— NOTE: Our property has a bed capacity of 10pax max. Booking rate depends on the actual number of Guests. Standard rate is for 1-4pax, then there’s an additional fee per additional Guest including AirBnb’s service charge, which is automatically calculated by the App, based on the number of Guests declared.
