Wifi and an HD smart TV make this a good place to work or watch sports. The Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco are 15 miles away. Most of Wine Country is within 60 miles. The space This free-standing guest house is private, has a private entry, a newly renovated bathroom and one big versatile room. The sofa turns into a comfy bed at night. Daytime, it's a couch which, along with a large table/workspace make it a great place to live/dine/work during the day. Buy dinner next door at Andy's market. Cook it in the kitchen. A rear sliding glass door opens to a private deck and sitting area. It's got a closet, extra shelves and drawers in the bathroom, so plenty of room for clothes and toiletries. Bedside tables have electrical sockets and USB ports. The newly renovated bathroom has a shower but no tub. Guest access Park in our driveway. Walk toward the garage. On your left, just before reaching the garage, there's a gate to the back yard. The guest house is across the yard. A path leads to it. We rarely use the backyard so you can have it mostly to yourself and sometimes with our beagle, Leo. Please make sure to latch the gate behind you so Leo doesn't get out. Other things to note -HD TV streams Netflix, Apple TV, YouTube, HBO, Hulu and Amazon. -Bedside tables have USB ports and electrical sockets. -Leo, our beagle won't be allowed in your space, but he does run around the back yard. He's very sweet and friendly, but he sometimes barks.
