Coliving Causeway Bay - Room 1

This is a 4 bedroom shared flat, located on Lockhart Road and Canal Road West in the bustling neighbourhood of Causeway Bay. The flat is 510 sq ft net with 2 toilets and shower , cozy living room area , open kitchen with fridge and has washer / drying combo machine There are many restaurants around our flat. I can give you some great tips if you ask me where to eat! The flat is located on the 16th floor in a building with elevator and has a 24h doorman and security. The space This is a shared flat, and you will be staying in one of the rooms. The room features a double sized bedframe 4ft by 6ft , mattress, new bedsheets , towel, pillow, quilt. We also provide a desk (100 cm by 48 cm ) so people can work or study from home. Additionally for your storage needs, we provide a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a natural light in your room and your view is facing towards the harbour. The bedroom door is locked with a digital door lock ! Guest access There is a digital door lock code to enter the flat and for each of the bedroom doors. The codes will be provided to you after payment! You can enjoy your own room, there are 2 toilets with showers , comfy living room , open kitchen that you can access during your stay. During your stay I am available on this app to make sure you have a comfy stay! Other things to note Please note we request our guests to provide form of ID after booking confirmation in compliance with Hong Kong immigration laws. For reference the information can be found on HK Immigration department website under "Particulars required of Persons Staying in Hotels or other Lodging Places". If you lose/ misplace your bedroom keys / access cards, you will have to bear the cost of replacement. Thank you for your understanding!
