This home is located across the street from the Yachats Estuary - where the Yachats River opens up to the ocean. Floor to ceiling windows line the ocean-facing wall, providing the kitchen, dining and living room with ample natural light and an unbeatable view of the rocky and sandy shore. Enjoy the kitchen as you dish out a big breackfast to get your group through the day of exploring the unmatched beauty and excitement of the Oregon Coast. The living room has plenty of space and seating for the whole family to convene and to watch your favorite shows or just be mesmirized by the ocean! All bedrooms include their own streaming televisions for when it's time to wind down for the night. There are two bedrooms plus den downstairs, two with Queen beds and one with a King that can be split into two twins. The King bedroom has access to the deck with its own exterior door and ocean views. A full bath sits right off of the living room in the hallway. Two other bedrooms wait for you just up the stairs; one with a King bed and spectacular second floor ocean views and the other down the hall with a Queen bed. Another full bath is found between the two bedrooms. Enjoy the theater/game room attached to the house and watch your favorite movie or sports team on the 75" television. Vehicles: Licensed for 4 (strictly enforced) Standard: 3 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum. *Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home, but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3 dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation and are requested through Airbnb Resolution Center. *Each home is individually owned. Guest access After 5pm, you’ll be able to enter the home from the electronic keypad using your personal code. The electronic lock is located on the front door. This code will be provided to you several days before check-in.
