The City of Palm Springs ID #026684 **No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!** Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund. - Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25. - Daytime occupancy is 6 people. - Overnight occupancy is 2 people. - Maximum of 1 vehicles allowed. Please utilize driveway parking before using street parking. - The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm. - The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government ID. This will be taken care of prior to check-in. - The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days.
