This is primarily between 7-9 am and 5-7 pm. We are in a safe and secure community that has a vibrant mix of ethnicities. There is direct bus line service across the street to downtown Wilmington. From there, train and bus services are available to travel from Washington DC to New York and beyond. Car travel is highly preferable. ** I want you! Tell me what I can do to host you on your trip. ** The private parking is accessed via an alleyway behind the property. The gate door must be opened from inside the driveway prior to pulling in your vehicle. There is an additional fee for an extra guest ($25 per night) and if you are bringing a pet ($50 per stay). This helps me with planning out capacity so that all guests can fit comfortably in the house. Smoking is allowed; however, it must be done outside on the front or back porch. If you break any rules, the following fines are placed: - $1,000 for evidence of smoking in the unit - $50 for each unauthorized check-in/guest and potential removal of said guest
