If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our cancel for any reason (CFAR) policy. CITY INFO AND RULES -Must be a minimum of 30 years of age to book this property. -To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication. -Please take note that the city of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances aimed at curbing parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits. -Guests agree to comply with the City of Scottsdale laws regarding short-term rentals: -Sec. 18-152. - Non-residential usage by vacation rentals or short-term rentals prohibited. -No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose including but not limited to any of the following: -Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes; -Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use; -Housing sex offenders; -Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home; -Selling liquor, controlled substances or pornography; -Operating any adult-oriented business including nude and topless dancing. -No person including an owner or operator shall operate a vacation rental or short-term rental in violation of this section.
