Wines, Vines and Mines - A Block off Mainstreet

Located only a block away from historic Main Street in Cottonwood, Mines, Wines and Vines is decorated in modern farmhouse fare with local touches. The 4 bedrooms provide plenty of space for a full family gathering. Enjoy eating in or walk a block and enjoy the wine tasting, local Arizona beers, fine restaurants and entertainment of Main Street. Year-round great weather makes the firepit and grill a great option almost any day or night! Less than a block from Queen B Vinyl Cafe! The space Completely furnished kitchen with all of the appliances and kitchen requirements to cook just about anything from home. Outside natural gas grill and natural gas fire pit make for very nice evenings in the urban, yet private, outdoor space. 3 bedrooms upstairs; two queen beds and one full (double). One bedroom in the unique and rare downstairs basement. Note, the steps leading to the basement are finished concrete, but are uneven. There is a handrail leading you down the natural stone lined stairway, yet the stairs are uneven. If this concerns you, the basement bedroom may not be for you. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and lots of closet space. The main living area, just off the farmhouse style kitchen features a sectional sofa for TV lounging. A separate living area with a few board games and seating looks out into the back patio area. My favorite part of the farmhouse style house is the basement bedroom. Note that the stairs leading to the bedroom, though concrete and very secure, are uneven. If this concerns you, you may want to stick to one of the upstairs bedrooms.
