Very nice unobstructed view with the Eiffel Tower visible in the distance as well as Paris! The apartment is in a quiet building and secured by 24/7 video surveillance in a residential area. I live in the same building. No smoking in the accommodation and common areas. No outside visitors. No parties. The space The accommodation is fully equipped. A large bedroom with a 180 x 200 king size bed and a 90 x 200 single bed. A living room with a sofa, table and chair as well as a TV connected to the internet. High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the accommodation. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine with pods provided, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, stove top and cooking utensils). Bathroom with shower cabin, toilet, towel dryer, washing machine. The garden is only for you, it is not accessible by other tenants. Only the cleaning lady will be able to pass through to access the box in the garden. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment as well as the garden which is in front of the apartment which is about 100 m². Other things to note THERE IS NO CLEANING FEE = THE ACCOMMODATION MUST BE RETURNED CLEAN AND TIDY... IN THE SAME CONDITION AS ON ARRIVAL.
