Other things to note HOUSE RULES Dear Guests, for our comfort Together at Harvest Mountain Farm Guesthouse, here are some rules to follow when you are (staying) at Harvest Mountain Farm Guesthouse : 1. No smoking INSIDE the villa or around children. If you want to smoke, you can do it outdoors and DO NOT DISPOSE OF CIGARETTE BUTTS CARELESSLY. 2. Participate in maintaining the cleanliness of the villa and the villa yard. 3. Do not bring drugs and other prohibited objects into the Harvest Mountain environment. 4. Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm. For check-in times outside of these hours, you must contact the reservation department 1x24 hours (a day) in advance to get confirmation. 5. The number of guests staying should not exceed the maximum capacity of the villa , namely : - Main Villa maximum 20 people - Villa II maximum 12 people - Loft Villa maximum 8 people If the number of guests staying exceeds the capacity of each villa, then guests cannot stay at Harvest Mountain Farm Guesthouse, and get a 50% refund of the villa rental. 6. The price of an extra bed is @ IDR 100,000,-. Extra bed bookings are made no later than one day before the arrival date (check-in) 7. Villa rental fees must be paid prior to check-in. A deposit of IDR 250,000,- is given to the reservation department, and will be refunded at check-out, if there is no damage or loss of items in the villa you are using. 8. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen when cooking your own meals. Assistants to help clean the kitchen are available for a fee of IDR 100,000,- per day. 9. Use of BBQ tools must be notified at check-in in order to be prepared. The cost of using BBQ tools is IDR 150,000 (including BBQ preparation, charcoal, and assistants to help with BBQ). 10. Do not damage or defile the yard, and do not hurt the animals in the Harvest Mountain Farm Guesthouse. You may not give food to animals at Harvest Mountaint without the permission of the animal keeper concerned. 11. At check-out you must report to the villa guard, hand over the villa key and give the villa guard the opportunity to check the condition of the villa. You must be responsible for and replace any damage to the villa or the objects and equipment inside the villa, caused by your fault or that of your guests. 12.
