Floyd's House has amazing woodwork and charm throughout but has been equipped with great modern conveniences. The space This home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.25 bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, dedicated office and basement. The bedrooms have comfortable full beds, dressers and/or closets. There is a cozy built-in bench in the second-floor bedroom. The living room and each bedroom have flat screen smart tv's. The living room has plenty of cozy seating and a unique gathering area. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots and pans, serving utensils, and supplies. In addition, you will have access to a standard stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a large double refrigerator/freezer. The dining room table seats a minimum of 6 and is perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal, a meeting with colleagues, or a night playing cards or board games. The house also has a couple of bonus rooms and areas. The breakfast nook contains a small table and chairs to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee. The dedicated office has a large desk with a chair should you need to complete some work. Our basement is where you'll find the shared laundry space(shared with the separate suite on the property) and an ironing board for your use. You can also enjoy the firepit and seating on the outside back patio, or relax in the cozy seats on the front porch. There is a suite on the property that can be rented for up to 2 guests. Guest access We welcome guests to all areas of the house except for the second-floor housekeeping closets with locks on them and the additional suite and suite patio. Other things to note We are happy to provide a guest starter pack of items. The starter pack includes toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, toiletries(small soap, gel shampoo and conditioner), and trash bags. After the starter pack has depleted, guests are responsible for providing their own items. Overnight guests are limited to 6 and no events or parties are permitted.
