Depending on schedule, there will be a fee. +There is a rented home in the front with family friendly tenants, and a small apartment unit rented in the back with a friendly guest as well. +Guest house is exterminated frequently, but if a bug sneaks in, there's RAID available for you to use. +Small cats and dogs are allowed. No more than 2. For each undisclosed pet there will be a $200 fee. When thru the app, each pet is $75. When not in apt, have them in a pet friendly cage. If any furniture is damaged, there will be a charge to replace the item. No inside birds are allowed. We can help you hang an outside cage if needed. No other pets are allowed to roam freely in apt, extra cleaning and damages will be charged. Clean after your cat and dog, inside or outside! There is small 3x3 fenced area next to the guest house if needed +When checking out, do not take anything from apt, for example towels and pans. You will be charged if anything is missing.
