Eco House near The Eden Project

West Carclaze Garden Village is a new lakeside community very close to The Eden Project. My house is unique, comfortable and cosy, with sustainability at it's core. The house has a creative touch with new technology. Three spacious rooms and open planned living with a peaceful garden. Enjoy the local sites with easy access to Charlestown, Fowey, Carlyon Bay and Mevagissey. Built around the unique China clay landscape with extensive walks, enjoying far reaching views of the Cornish coast. The space The house is available to the guests, the host will be away but details and instructions to be left. The village area around my house is complete and quiet. There are stunning walks around the lakes (clay trails) with beautiful 360 degree views. There is a stone circle which overlooks the coast line. The second phase of the garden village will have allotments, a football pitch and bird look out huts scattered around the lakes. Guest access Guest parking for 1 space abd additional parking nearby During your stay I will be available as much as possible through telephone and email. I have one room at the house which is locked and not available but the rest of the house is available for guests. Other things to note This property has an MVHR system, solar panels and blue tooth radiators. The heat source pump allows instant hot water which is economical especially during the summer months. Guests have access to their own bathroom. There is a double and single room available to rent. The house is spacious and light throughout the day.
