Branny's Batch - Private Wetroom, Entrance&Parking

Newly refurb ground floor room with own wet room. Perfectly located a short distance to the M1, A1 & M62 and easy access to the cities of Leeds and Wakefield. Private parking with plenty of places to visit, beautiful walks and places to eat, drink and shop on the doorstep. Would suit guests working/visiting Leeds/Wakefield areas avoiding city prices. We are Paula and Dave, one adult child and a spaniel, Poppy. The space A kettle, tea, coffe, sugar and fresh milk are provided. There is a small fridge in which to store your own drinks and snacks. However there is no access to the kitchen. Also within the room is a smart TV, a desk and ample drawers and storage space. In the event of small mishaps there are some basic cleaning supplies. Guest access Except post/deliveries, the entrance and hallway are yours in a fairly self contained area of the house. The room has direct access to an small enclosed decking area with a table and chairs. During your stay I work from home most days and am often around to greet you on arrival. If not, I will send you details for the keybox. If there is anything you need/issue, just drop me a txt and I will get back to you at the earliest opportunity. We keep ourselves (and the dog) away from the guest area but happy to interact.
