Cozy room in a quiet location

Welcome to my cozy room, which offers you a quiet and comfortable retreat. The room is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: a pull-out bed (160x200), armchair, dresser and a desk. The windows overlook the quiet backyard, so you can sleep in peace. The space - Kitchen use: You will have access to the shared kitchen to prepare your own meals. - Towels and linens are provided for you so you can feel right at home. - Free street parking: There are always free parking spaces nearby, but it can be a little more difficult to find a parking space during peak hours. - U8 Residenzstraße is right outside the door – perfect for traveling quickly through Berlin. - Nearby you will find supermarkets (Rewe, Netto, Edeka) and the Schäfersee, ideal for relaxing walks. Guest access You will have access to your private room and shared kitchen. The bathroom is shared with us. During your stay I am available via the Airbnb app until about 9 PM if you have any questions or requests. Other things to note Roof work on the building is planned for the period from March to May 2026. There is currently scaffolding in front of the window. During this period, there may be construction noise from Monday to Friday. Privacy is protected by curtains. We are a small family – I live here with my 8 year old daughter.
