It is a 4 minute drive from Piedmont University. It is only one mile from GA Hwy365. Also, a short drive from many hiking trails, including the spectacular Tallulah Gorge State Park and the Mt Yonah Trail head. Guests have access to the entire house, living quarters and outside property. Guests are given space to enjoy the house and property on their own. However, I am available via phone, text, or email if guests need to contact me. Also, in case of an emergency situation, I live in Demorest as well and could be at the property quickly if necessary. Send me a message if you have any questions! The neighborhood is unique in that it is a Demorest City street, heavily wooded, that wildlife including white-tail deer frequently cross. It is also only 1 mile from GA Hwy 365. Also, from this location sounds from Piedmont University including chimes from their chapel, sports and music events can be heard as well as animal sounds from a nearby farm. The posted speed limit on this street is 25 mph. It is wide enough for two cars to pass, however it is not marked with a center line. Also, be watchful of wildlife which frequently cross.
