Just 350 meters from the gondola station that can whisk you away to the renowned Flumserberg for a day of skiing or hiking, or take you down to Unterterzen where you can immerse yourself in the wonders of Lake Walensee. The space At Chalet Terza, you'll find a well-equipped apartment with a balcony where you can soak up the breathtaking vistas of Lake Walensee and the majestic Churfirsten 7 peaks. Relax in the comfortable seating area, soak up the alpine atmosphere, listen to the soothing sounds of the two nearby streams and watch the world go by... Chalet Terza boasts a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring you have all the essentials for a delightful breakfast. From an espresso machine to an array of cutlery and baking utilities, you'll find everything you need to start your day on a delicious note. After a day of exploring the surroundings, you can retreat to the bedroom, where a cozy double bed awaits. For your entertainment, there's a 48" flat-screen TV with access to Netflix. A spacious wardrobe, extra blankets, pillows and room-darkening curtains ensure a restful night's sleep. In the bathroom, you'll find fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer, allowing you to freshen up with ease. Additionally, Chalet Terza provides fast 5G Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay. Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and features a private entrance accessible via the balcony. You'll find the keys in the secure keybox located right by the front door on the balcony, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in experience. Other things to note 1. Please be aware that the first 40 meters of Büelistrasse is quite steep, which may result in challenging road conditions in winter. It's advisable to have a 4x4 vehicle or carry winter chains with you, just in case. 2. We provide free parking in the garage, suitable for vehicles with a height of up to 2 meters. 3. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00. 4. Smoking is not allowed both inside and outside the premises, ensuring a fresh and smoke-free environment. 5. Early check-in and late check-out requests will be accommodated based on availability, ensuring a hassle-free experience for all guests. Unapproved extended stays will incur an additional fee of 50 CHF per hour.
