Come take it easy at restful getaway in West Boise near The Village in Meridian. Spacious room w/ queen bed, private bathroom w/ shower. Well equipped kitchen 7 AM - 7 pm only. Dining room, living room, den, deck, comfy lawn furniture. Hot tub, sauna, indoor wood fireplace, outdoor fire pit w/ permission. Organic garden. Solar power. Keypad entry. SMOKE FREE PROPERTY! 3 cats! NO PETS! Service animals must remain w/ you in room & on leash in hall. NO DRUGS! NO DRINKING! NO PARTIES! NO WEAPONS! The space Yours is a private bedroom with queen bed, sitting area, desk & chair, Smart TV with many premium channels. Private en-suite bathroom with shower. FREE PARKING ON DRIVEWAY I will be in home while sharing my house w/ you. You may make yourself at home in kitchen but only 7 AM - 7 pm. All dirty dishes in D/W but wash pots & wood knives by hand. Do not use wood burning fireplace until I show you the flue & the wood. Hot tub, sauna, fire pit only w/ express permission. Outdoors in warm weather let me know if you want to dine on patios or at picnic table, there are shatterproof glasses & dishes to use outside. Just a reminder that there is no smoking anywhere inside or outside in this property. Guest access Living room, dining room, den in addition to your private bedroom and bathroom. You may make yourself at home in the kitchen during 7-7 hours. Please put your dishes into the dishwasher after eating. Cookware must be washed by hand, sorry! Please see me if you want to access the hot tub or sauna. During stays of a week or more, you may use the W/D within reason. In nice weather, enjoy the great backyard, picnic table, chaise lounge chairs, deck furniture near tranquil mini pond. In cold weather, you can use the outdoor fire pit as long as you check with me first. Same goes for the indoor fireplace. During your stay Host usually home or can be reached by text. We can interact or keep to ourselves as preferred. Host reserves right to enter room for housekeeping or to open windows. No maid service after 1 week stay. Other things to note Shabby chic, comfy, relaxed, restful! Well arranged to work in private workspace in bedroom. GREAT SHOPPING and DINING a few minutes away at The Village in Meridian. GUIDE TO MAKE HOUSE MOST ENJOYABLE: All used dishes & silverware should be put in dishwasher except must wash wood handle knives & all pots by hand. Always lock front door when exit & enter house. No maid service after 1 week stay. You must allow host to enter room upon request.
