Furnished with a comfortable queen bed, leather sofa, Roku TV, dining table, kitchenette with new appliances, safe parking behind the house, and a private entrance, you’ll enjoy unwinding in this cute and cozy space. We can’t wait to host you! The space Please read entire description, especially the points at the bottom. :) This is a cozy and newly furnished basement apartment in a home. There is a kitchenette, living room, bedroom and bathroom. There is one window, so it is a great place to sleep at night as it stays very dark! We have furnished it with lots of lamps and lighting to keep the space happy and bright during the day. The spacious bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a shower (no tub). It is stylishly furnished with all linens and towels provided. The bathroom has hand soap shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Enjoy your meals at a sweet little dining table off the kitchenette, which has new cookware, a microwave, a coffee maker, electric kettle, a full fridge, and an air fryer (no oven). Oil, salt and pepper, and basic cooking utensils are provided for light cooking. A water filter is in the refrigerator for filtered drinking water. Relax in the comfortable living area with a Roku TV. Our guests love the fun and unique furnishings and the comfortable sofa and bed! It’s a private, quiet and lovely space that’s great for sleeping and relaxing, and close to everything you’d want to do in Columbia. People always say it feels like home! You will not be able to adjust the temperature but we have plenty of blankets and a fan and a heater for temperature regulation. We are also happy to adjust the thermostat for you if you ask. *For the TV, Cable and Streaming services are NOT provided with the TV, just a way to access them. You will need to log in to your own Amazon, Hulu, Netflix accounts etc. * Check in starts at 4 pm or any time after, and check out is at 10 am. Early check in or late check out will incur a $25 fee. Guest access This is a cozy and newly furnished basement apartment with its own private entrance, below a home with other residents. It’s a quiet space that’s great for sleeping and relaxing, and close to everything you’d want to do in Columbia. You will have the space completely to yourself with private access to the bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living room. The basement is blocked off from the top floors of the home with a separate, private entry so the basement and top 2 floors are completely separate spaces. It is possible someone will be staying upstairs so there may be other guests on the property during your stay, but you will not need to interact with them, and you probably won’t see or hear them. Guests will not share any living spaces or entrances with anyone else but may see a car come and go from the driveway or see someone in the parking area. Please note that as there is a shared ceiling with guests staying above, there may occasionally be muffled walking noises from upstairs. We have done our best to soundproof things and have had only one guest comment on hearing any noise so far, everyone else says the apartment is quiet and cozy! Let us know if anything bothers you excessively so we can address it. Please keep all this in mind and be respectful of your own noise level with the TV and loud talking, and also with anything you do outside the home since there are shared walls and floors/ceilings, and a shared outside parking space. Other things to note **We don’t do discounts or offers on our prices on this platform as Airbnb already takes a very large fee. The only thing we do have is an automatic discount if you book for a longer stay. There is only 1 bed and 1 small bathroom and the sofa is not made for an adult to sleep on. *Please note there is NO stovetop and NO oven and that this is only a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. There is also no ice maker or ice. *Also note that there is NO private thermostat included but there is a fan, a heater, and extra blankets. If you need the temperature adjusted please message us and we are happy to have it adjusted for you! *You will also need to log in to your own Amazon, Hulu, Netflix accounts etc on the TV.
