Welcome to our cozy cottage by the beach in Marielyst! A gem for nature lovers, located on a large nature and pastureland, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the dike and the garden with a quiet location and about 50 meters to the sea. 5-7 minutes walk to Marielyst Square. Here you will find everything your heart desires of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, shops, mini golf and bars. The space There are 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 people. Spacious kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower. There is a smaller desk/office space in one bedroom. Guest access There will be access to entire homes, and you are welcome to use all things - no restrictions. As long as you treat things nicely and properly and replace what may break. Electricity consumption costs: As with most rental cottages, you have to pay for consumption. Expected consumption costs in summer months per week 378 DKK. Expected consumption costs in winter months per week DKK 770. That's DKK 3.75 per kWh of electricity consumption. Water consumption (per person per day) DKK 8 Electricity and water consumption are settled after departure per post-charge via Airbnb. Charging an electric car is not allowed. There are many public car charging stations in Marielyst. Firewood for the wood-burning stove is available outside under the half-roof on the terrace - free of charge. BED LINEN: You must bring your own bedding (duvets size 140x200) (sheets 90x200 single bed & 140x200 double bed). However, I offer to rent it for DKK 80 per person, which includes bedding and towels. CLEANING: The price is plus the cleaning fee of DKK 750 (for stays of 6 days and over). The fee is settled upon departure. Other things to note There are still some piles of branches on the property from the storm in October 2023. The large terrace overlooking the dike is not very suitable for small children, as there is a drop of about 1.5 meters at one end.
