For provisions, good local pubs and restaurants, check out Hexham or Corbridge, which are close to Stocksfield. This impressive accommodation offers cosy home comforts for five guests. The interior retains traces of when the building served as a granary, yet it seamlessly blends with its 21st century additions. On arrival you will soon encounter the spacious lounge with its comfortable seating, electric heater and TV/DVD for relaxing with at the end of a long day of exploration. There is also a dining table in the room, with seating for four guests. The kitchen includes all the facilities you would need for a self-catering break including an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, and a microwave. The washing machine and tumble dryer is in a handy utility room nearby. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms – one double, one single, and one twin. Close by for convenience is the bathroom containing both a bath, a shower cubicle and WC. Step outside to find the large enclosed garden which is great for play and relaxation.
