The house is charming, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them have double beds and each one has a private bathroom, they are on the second floor. The other bedroom has two single beds, also with private bathroom. In total there is room for 6 people. Please note that in this house we use rain water and well water, we recommend that you get drinking water for drinking and cooking. It is a Caribbean house on raised stilts, with open kitchen and equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals while enjoying nature. It has 2 beautiful terraces overlooking the tropical garden, so expect visits from monkeys, sloths and birds. Discover the vibrant coral reefs and fish in front of the property. It is located in a "Pet Friendly House". Only one pet is allowed per stay, and this must be approved in advance. Before booking, please check with us about the conditions and policies of the "Pet Friendly House", as well as the possibility of bringing a second pet. Please note that an additional charge of $35 per pet per stay applies. Note: On the same property we have a little apartment that is rented for long term, both properties have independent access. About the security deposit, we'd like to assure you that the $300 hold on your card is not a charge but rather a precautionary measure by Airbnb in case of damages. Bring the Essentials: If your pet has a habit of claiming furniture, consider bringing your own sheets and towels to make them feel at home without inconveniencing others. Cleanup Duty: Be a responsible pet parent - pick up after your pet. It's a small act that makes a big difference. Leash Protocol: When entering or leaving the property, keep your pet on a leash. It's for their safety and the peace of mind of our neighbors. No Lone Rangers: Please don't leave your pet alone on the property. We want to avoid any howling symphonies and property mishaps.
