There is a keypad-locked semi-shared entrance space that leads to the Private Basement entrance. There is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a pull-out sofa in the living area. An extra twin floor mattress can be used upon request to accommodate a 4th guest. A stacked washer and dryer in a separate room attached to the living area is included for your convenience! The kitchen is full size, with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, K-Cup Coffee Maker, disposal, and fridge/freezer. Guest access Parking is available behind the house. There is a shared entrance, but you have private access to the basement apartment with a personal key code. Other things to note The apartment is run by a young family, who lives upstairs. You may occasionally hear little footsteps or enthusiastic toddlers playing. Please be aware the stairs are a little steep and need to be navigated carefully.
