Full bed in Craftsman
Full bed in Craftsman
Description
The memory-foam, full-sized bed is downstairs, near a shared bathroom in a charming Craftsman house. Book separately or with up to two queen bedrooms upstairs, if available. This charming Craftsman home is surrounded by farms and vineyards near the center of Oregon’s wine country, in Yamhill County, less than a half mile to Carlton. The retired owner lives on site. The modern, updated kitchen and downstairs full bathroom are shared spaces. There is new ducted central heat and AC. The space This bedroom has a small smart TV with Roku and Netflix, and a full bed with plush bedspreads. It is steps away from the full bathroom with shower/tub, shared with host. There are two additional Airbnb bedrooms individually rented out, upstairs. They may also be rented to accommodate up to 4 more people. They are located up some hardwood stairs (so not suitable for young toddlers or elderly who have issues with stairs). A children’s play/toy room with a twin bed for a potential 7th guest is also available by messaging host. Guest access There’s an enclosed porch on the south side of the house, that I call the “sunroom” which is great for reading or private sitting. All rooms (except others’ bedrooms, obviously), the deck and porch are available for your use. All kitchen equipment, utensils, dinnerware, towels, soaps, etc. are for your use. During your stay Your host is available for questions and help in person, by text, or phone call at all times. Other things to note Main Street, in front of the house, has some commuting traffic in the morning, which can start around 6:00 am. The speed limit is 35 changing to 45 mph in front. In the summer, farmers start work early, too. (Sunday morning is the quietest, though.) If cars and trucks driving by is an issue for you, my place might not be the right fit for you.
