Our property is located in the historic area of Milford, Ohio, 15 miles from downtown Cincinnati and the Reds and Bengals stadiums via scenic Columbia Parkway (St Rt 50). A private parking with ample parking spaces available. RVs welcome. A private two rooms suite feature: - Private entrance access. Accessing the room will require climbing stairs, 6 steps. - Access to a private bathroom… towels, soap, shampoo is provided (bathroom is located on the same level) - High speed Wi-Fi Room No 1 - Three full size beds (max), including linen beddings, pillows, pillowcases - Comfortable reading chairs - Storage shelf - Bedside reading and floor lamps - Small bedside dresser - Trash can - Door reinforcement lock for privacy and safety Room No 2 - One full size bed (max), including linen beddings, pillows, pillowcases… - Private kitchen area (including basic pots, pans, plates cups, glasses flatware and utensils). To ensure you will have a pleasant experience, we have established the following Rules and Policies. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions: - NO PARTIES or events are permitted - No pets - We cater to the comfort, privacy and security of our registered guests. ALL THE GUESTS MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION. VISITORS of guests are only permitted on the property with PRIOR APPROVAL. Please check with us BEFORE bringing anyone into our property who is not included in your reservation, even if they are just visiting. Unauthorized overnight guests will result in an added fine of $100 per night and, at the discretion of the host, possible immediate cancellation - Due to the safety and comfort of all, SMOKE-FREE everywhere in the building - Smoking (including vaping) or drugs are not allowed anywhere. Violators will be subject to minimum $150 room cleaning fee - No use of illegal substances OR using legal substances at an illegal age on the property - Guests must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by an adult - Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. - Valid photo I.D. and credit card will be required at check in - Check in: between 5pm and 11pm - Check out: before 11am. - We reserve the right to charge you for damage, anything broken or stains (priced accordingly) - If the property is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning, the guest will be charged $30/hour - Any Biohazard mess left by a guest will be charged an extra $75 minimum, depending on severity Owner’s Rights: Property is privately owned and operated. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for guest’s accidents or injury, or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Any damage caused by you or your invited guests, inside or outside of your room, will result in a charge to the credit card on file for the damage(s) and/or additional cleaning. We reserve the right to enter any room to make repairs in the case of an emergency. By making a reservation, you expressly agree to abide by the Rules and Policies.
