The Casas D’Água Doce space is set on an ornamental property of approximately 7,000 m², fully integrated with nature, where other private houses are thoughtfully distributed to ensure visual and sound privacy, as well as easy circulation through the common areas. We are located approximately 600 meters from Vila, the historic and tourist center of Ilhabela, and about 400 meters from the nearest beach, Praia de Santa Tereza, with simple and quick access. 🏡 Casa Bambuzinho The house features: Comfortable bedroom with a queen-size double bed + single bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, and sea view Private bathroom with gas-heated shower Fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals Spacious veranda with table, hammock, sea and garden views, and proximity to the waterfall, bringing the sound of flowing water into the environment 🌴 Common areas of the property: The common areas are available for guests’ use throughout the entire stay and include: 4 natural pools with running water from the waterfall 1 main pool with treated water and stone flooring (all pools with sea views) Waterfall within the property Ornamental garden integrated into the natural landscape Kiosk with a fully equipped kitchen Bathrooms with showers in the common areas Barbecue area Outdoor exercise space 🐶 Pets: Pets are very welcome at Casas D’Água Doce. They may circulate through the common areas when accompanied by their owners and are also allowed to enter the natural running-water pools, making the experience even more special for the whole family. 🅿️ Parking: The property also offers free, safe parking within the premises (each house has one designated space). 📍 Casa Bambuzinho offers a relaxing experience in the midst of nature, combining tranquility, comfort, freedom, and a strategic location close to the island’s main points of interest. Guest access Access to Casas D’Água Doce is simple and well signposted. After crossing by ferry, the route to the property follows paved roads, with direct access from the main avenue. The final stretch includes a short uphill section of about 200 meters, typical of Ilhabela’s topography. Any car can reach the property without difficulty, although the incline may require a bit more attention from less confident drivers. For those arriving on foot, this stretch can be more physically demanding. Upon arrival, guests park inside the property, in a free, safe parking area reserved exclusively for guests. Casa Bambuzinho is located just a few meters from the parking area, with easy access (including a short flight of stairs that follows the natural slope of the terrain). Check-in Until 5:00 PM: whenever possible, guests may be welcomed by a team member, who can assist with luggage and provide a brief introduction to the space. After 5:00 PM: check-in is done via self check-in, with clear instructions, an instructional video, access codes, and support available if needed. The entire process is designed to ensure comfort, autonomy, and peace of mind from the moment you arrive. Other things to note 🐶 Pets Pets are very welcome at Casas D’Água Doce. They may circulate throughout the common areas when accompanied by their owners and are also allowed to enter the natural pools with running water. For the care of the space and other guests, pets are not allowed in the main pool or in the water lily pond, located between the main pool and the first natural pool. There is no additional fee for 1 pet. From the second pet onward, a fee of R$ 80.00 per pet, per night applies, limited to: up to 3 small pets, or up to 2 pets in total of medium/large size. 🕐Check-in is from 3:00 PM. For arrivals until 5:00 PM, whenever possible, guests may be personally welcomed by a team member. For check-ins after 5:00 PM, we use self check-in, with advance delivery of clear instructions, an instructional video, access codes, and real-time support, if needed. 🕐 Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. If the house is available, late check-out may be requested in advance and is subject to an additional fee. 👥 Visitors and occupancy To receive visitors during your stay, please contact us in advance for authorization. Visitors may not use the parking area, as parking spaces are limited and reserved exclusively for guests. 📶 Internet The property offers fiber-optic Wi-Fi, suitable for work and leisure. As the service is provided by third parties, occasional instability may occur and is beyond our control. 🏡 About the space and coexistence Casas D’Água Doce is a private, safe, and family-oriented condominium, where the host resides in one of the houses on the property, ensuring proximity, care, and support, always respecting guests’ privacy. The environment is designed for rest, contact with nature, and respectful coexistence, and guests are responsible for following the house rules and maintaining appropriate conduct.
