"Experience a vibe with our unique Airbnb, the 'Boho Beach Vibez” This cozy 1-bedroom apartment , that’s approximately 500sqft is situated on the first level of our home with a separate entrance . Located in a prime area of our town, you'll find yourself just minutes away from all the stores, restaurants, highways, and within walking distance of hiking trails, the Carman’s river, and 5 miles from Smith Point beach. NOTE : hosts live on top level . Be warned of footsteps. The space Indulge in the cozy and charming atmosphere of our beachy eclectic boho mix style apartment. Designed with your comfort in mind, it offers a cool ambiance that invites you to unwind and relax. Feel free to set the mood with some music and enjoy a glass of wine as you soak in the “chill vibez” The apartment accommodates 2 guests. However, we also provide a Queen-sized air mattress , twin sized air mattress to accommodate an additional 2 guests in the living area . And my personal preference, a cozy couch ! ( I love a cozy couch ) We want to ensure that you have a great entertainment experience during your stay. That's why we offer complimentary access to Netflix, Hulu, and streaming services for newly released movies, live TV, and sports both nationally and internationally. We also have Yoga / workout mats and yoga materials that guest can borrow to meditate in nature or inside the apartment. Although our kitchen may be compact, it is fully equipped with a wide array of utensils and appliances to enhance your stay. Additionally, you will have a designated spot on the driveway right in front of the steps of entrance door of the apartment that can accommodate up to 2 cars. Other things to note *****IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**** Before we can provide you with check-in instructions, please take note of the following requirements: Acknowledgment of House Rules: It's essential that you confirm you have read and understood all house rules. This ensures that THE BOHO BEACH VIBEZ aligns perfectly with your expectations for you and your guests. Guest Information: Please confirm the total number of guests, including any visitors. Additionally, let us know the reason for your stay and how many vehicles will require parking spaces. Parking Policy: Visitors must not block the driveway. Guests have designated parking spots. As the hosts live on the property, please ask for guidance on where visitors can park. Pet Policy: Do not bring pets without the host's knowledge. Both the host and cleaners have asthma and allergies to pet dander, which can lead to serious health issues. Any extra cleaning required due to unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $75 to ensure a safe environment for future guests. *********House Rules:****** Guest Limit: No large gatherings (more than 4 people). A fee of $50 will be charged for each unauthorized guest beyond this limit. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Note that another unit in the home is occupied, so be considerate of noise levels. Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the home. Violating this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio. A $200 fee will be charged for any lingering smoke smell or damages caused by smoke burns. Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If you need an early or late check-in/out, please inform us in advance; fees may apply for additional cleaning assistance, up to $50. Cleanup Schedule: Cleaners will begin at 11 AM on the day of check-out. If they must wait beyond this time, an additional fee of $25 for every half hour will be charged. Drug Use: The use of illegal drugs in or around the property is strictly prohibited. Fire Hazards: The burning of candles or incense is not allowed to prevent fire risks. Security Cameras: There are security cameras outside the property for safety and security purposes. These cameras are not actively monitored, and tampering with them will lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Booking Policy: No third-party bookings are permitted. The individual who booked must be present for the duration of the stay and will be held responsible for any damages or issues. Furniture and Equipment: Please do not move or rearrange any furniture, and do not alter heating systems or TV settings without host permission. Septic System: Do not flush baby wipes, sanitary items, or makeup wipes as we are on a septic system. Charges up to $500 may apply if these items cause clogs. Responsibility for Damages: Guests are accountable for any broken, damaged, or missing items in the apartment. Additional charges may apply. Reporting Damages: While we understand accidents happen, please notify the hosts of any damages immediately so that we can manage repairs appropriately. By booking with us, you confirm and agree that: 1)You have read and understood the house rules. 2) You are a guest, not a tenant. 3) You will adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified in your reservation.
