Consists of 3 independent accommodations, the 480 m² Montaña Costa apartment includes a living room, a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed for two people and 1 bathroom and therefore can accommodate 7 people. Guest access Additional Services include Wi-Fi (Video Call Friendly), TV, heating, and fan. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a swimming pool, a garden, uncovered terraces, a covered terrace and a barbecue area, is also available for use. There are 10 parking spaces available totally free and secure on the property. Families with children are allowed. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee. There are dog houses in the outdoor area. No smoking in the property's internal spaces or events. This property does not have A/C. hosts live in a separate house on the complex. A laundry room is available for stays of 5 nights or more.
