Designed apt w/Workspace 15 min from city center

I want to share my home with you guys while I'm traveling :) It located in 7 min by metro to city center! Shopping mall with all you need (supermarket, foodcourt, restaurants) is around the corner. Indoor parking is in few meters from apartment The space There are one very big bedroom and spacious kitchen for you. One king size bed is in the master bedroom for 2 people and there is a fold out sofa for 2 people in the second bedroom. And new comfortable fold out sofa is in the kitchen for 2 people. I just bought this one and it's really comfortable for sleeping! In the kitchen you can find everything for everyday cooking. I like to cook and that because I have really everything there :) WC and bathroom are separated. Other things to note Please take a moment to review these important details for your stay: Guest Registration: In compliance with Czech law, all guests are required to be registered with the foreign police. You will be asked to complete our secure online guestbook with personal details (Name, Surname, Date of birth, Citizenship, Permanent address, Passport number, and Visa number if applicable) for each guest before check-in. City Tourist Tax: We are legally obligated to collect the Prague Tourist Tax. This amounts to 50 CZK (approximately 2 EUR) per person, per night. This fee will be requested via Airbnb. No Parties: Loud parties and celebrations are strictly prohibited during whole stay. Silent hours apply from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are kindly requested to respect the peace and quiet of the building. Violating these rules may lead to cancelling the reservation without any refund.
