The first floor features an open floor plan with the living room, dining area, kitchen, primary bedroom, and bathroom. The living room offers a TV, Wifi, a pellet stove and access to the deck. The dining area with seating for 4 plus additional seating at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, and the main bathroom across the hall includes a shower/tub combo with a separate vanity area. Upstairs, the loft includes two semi-private sleeping areas, each with a queen bed. The loft is open to the living room below with a half wall. Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village’s community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
