The lower deck features a table that accommodates eight people, comfortable couches for ten people and a grill, where sizzling barbecues are prepared while laughter floats through the air. Ascend to the higher deck and be mesmerized by the breathtaking view of the lush woods that envelop our haven. The top deck features two sun loungers and a coffee table with two chairs. Guest access Our guests have full access and exclusive use of the entire property during their stay at Cortina Chalet. Moreover, our loft chalet grants you direct access to all the amenities of the Pocono Farms Country Club Community. Our property has direct access to a golf course: tee off and practice your swing amidst breathtaking views of rolling greens. It's a golfer's dream come true! And the best part? All the amenities you could ever need are just a short 0.3-mile walk away. No need to worry about driving or parking – simply stroll over and indulge in the lake restaurant and entertainment options galore. It's convenient, fun, and oh-so-walkable! Come and experience the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure at our loft chalet. We promise you a memorable stay filled with laughter, relaxation, and maybe a few unexpected golfing skills. Guests can purchase additional passes for $10 per badge per day. Children under the age of 6 do not require a badge. Community badges can be picked up at the Administration Office located on 182 Lake Road. Guests registration is required with Pocono Farms Country Club Association 72 hours prior to check-in. The Pocono Farms Country Club Community Administration Office Hours: Monday – Saturday: 8:30am – 4:30pm Sundays: Closed Please note that the amenities are managed by the Pocono Farms Country Club which reserves the right to modify opening day/time of the amenities at a short/no notice and this is outside of our control. Please feel free to contact us before making a reservation with any question about amenities availability during your preferred dates. Other things to note Before making a reservation please read the following info to make sure you are happy with our house rules: NO PARTY HOUSE: we love our neighbors and our community which is residential and family-oriented. Please help keep our neighbors and community happy. Quiet hours begin at 9pm and are strictly enforced. No parties, large gatherings (no more than 8 registered guests are allowed in the house at any time), loud music or noises. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund and/or charged a minimum fee of $500. PETS WELCOME: Two well-behaved furry friends (up to 40lbs) can join you. Enjoy a memorable vacation with your beloved companions. Pet fee: $200 for 1st pet, $150 for 2nd pet. No more than two pets are allowed. HOT TUB: We take pride in maintaining a clean and fully functional hot tub for your enjoyment. However, we want to ensure transparency and safety. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any reactions or injuries that may occur during or after hot tub usage. Please use the hot tub at your own risk. Safety first! SEPTIC SYSTEM: Most homes in the Poconos are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason, nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. We provide a small trash bin in each bathroom. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing during your stay. NO FIREWORKS in or around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $500. You MUST be 25 years of age or older to book the property. Any minor must be accompanied by a parent at ALL times. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund. NO SMOKING: No smoking/vaping in and around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $750. GUEST LIST: our community requires a guest list with corresponding guest age for each confirmed booking. Please provide this list at the time of your reservation. There is a $300 fine the community will impose for any confirmed reservation not accompanied by a guest list.
