Experience ultimate comfort on a king-size bed, complemented by the beautiful water view. Treat yourself to the opulent private bathroom, which boasts a spa tub, shower, and double sink. Rest assured, uninterrupted power is guaranteed as the building is equipped with an automatic generator. Take in the captivating views of the Condado Lagoon & Bridge and the ocean from the beautifully appointed suite. Stay connected throughout your stay with high-speed internet access. Conveniently situated, you can easily stroll to La Playita del Condado, Escambron beach, and the enchanting Condado Lagoon. Guest access A welcome letter containing details about the apartment stay, such as the room code, will be sent through the Airbnb platform at 1pm on the day of check in. After arriving at the Condado Lagoon Villas, which is located right next to the Caribe Hilton Hotel. It is the same complex but we do not share amenities with the Caribe Hilton. Guests and any other person accompanying the main booker will need to verify their identity with the concierge at the lobby before being granted access to their apartment. 18+ are welcome to book. Other things to note |Welcome to Condado Lagoon Villas!| - You’ll always have lights and water. We have a backup generator and water tank. - 24-hour security keeps you safe. Important: Puerto Rico is very humid. Please keep the balcony door closed and set the AC at 74°F or lower to stop mold. Parking: Not included. You can park at the Normandie Garage for $7/day. |We give you:| Travel-size soap, shampoo & conditioner - 1 dish sponge + dish soap (if kitchen) - 2 towels + 1 beach towel per guest - 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom -No towel or linen changes unless you ask (extra cost). |Times:| - Check-in: 4:00 PM - Check-out: 11:00 AM |Rules:| - No smoking ($500 fee if you do). - Quiet time: 9 PM – 9 AM. No parties or loud noise. - Max 2 adults. More = canceled stay. - Use towels only for drying yourself, not cleaning or makeup. Damaged items will be charged. - Don’t hang towels on the balcony ($25 fine). - No subletting. If power or water stops for more than 4 hours, you can cancel and get a partial refund for unused nights — but we can’t refund nights already used or pay for hotels or transport.
