Plenty of parking in the driveway. A small trail in the backyard leads directly to the river. Other things to note • Use caution around the river: In summer, water levels are lower and generally safe, but currents may vary. In other seasons, strong currents and rapid water level changes occur, so exercise extreme care near the water. • The cabin is part of a community with other nearby cabins (not secluded). Thanks for being respectful and keeping it quiet after 10 pm. • The cabin is situated in a wooded area, exposing guests to weather, wildlife, including pests, and occasional utility outages. Despite regular pest control and diligent cleaning, uninvited pests might be present. • Firewood and fire starters are not supplied; please purchase them on your way to the cabin. • Kids should be supervised at all times. Everyone staying at the cabin must be 21 or older unless accompanied by a parent. • May need AWD or tire chains appropriately in late fall and winter. • Events are not allowed. Private elopements are welcome. • Visitors are not allowed without permission. • Citywide Fire bans happen occasionally, and we must abide.
