Welcome to Our Charming Schoolhouse Stay! Looking for a unique getaway? Our lovingly remodeled schoolhouse offers a one-of-a-kind experience! Once a bustling middle school, it has been transformed into comfortable and spacious living quarters. We have three inviting classrooms available for rent—Room 101, Room 102, & Room 103. The space Room 102 is divided into two rooms for your comfort and convenience: Bedroom: A spacious sleeping area featuring three cozy beds (1 Queen and 2 Full-size) to accommodate your group. Living Area: A separate living room space with a pull-out Full-size sofa bed, a dedicated workspace, and a mini-fridge—perfect for relaxing or catching up on work. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or on a solo adventure, our rooms provide ample space to relax and unwind. Shared Spaces Wake up with a fresh cup of coffee while enjoying the beautiful Kansas sunrise streaming through the school hallway. The fully equipped kitchen is just a few steps away from your room, making meal preparation a breeze. Bathrooms and showers are located down the hall and feature two toilets and two shower stalls. These facilities are only shared if guests are staying in the other classroom. There is a lock on the main door for complete privacy when other guests are staying. Looking for More Space? Check out our third classroom—Room 103! This private suite features its own bathroom and a convenient kitchenette. Look for it on Airbnb for additional booking options. Guest access Each classroom has secure keyless entry for your convenience, just like the main entrance. You'll have the freedom to come and go as you please. During your stay My family and I live in the building and are nearby if you need us. You might see us around the property or passing through to other rooms, but we respect your privacy and generally keep to ourselves. Other things to note The City Park is caddy corner from us with new play equipment and picnic tables as well as Pickle ball courts. Quiet neighborhood with Antique stores and local Bar & Grill within walking distance of our picturesque downtown. We are conveniently located right off I-70 and a short drive from several delightful local wineries.
