The Lofts @ The Tribune Building

The Lofts @ The Tribune Building is located in downtown Minnedosa across the street from the Co-op grocery store and is walking distance to many amenities as well as restaurants. This historic building was home to the Minnedosa Tribune newspaper for many years, and he now been extensively renovated into apartments upstairs, with professional offices on the main. This quiet building is a nice space to stay while visiting the area for work or play. The space The space is located on the second floor of the Tribune Building and is accessed by a stairway on the side of the building. This building has been completely renovated in 2023, and we have tried to keep some of the original character such as doors and door handles This space has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. Bathroom has a tub and shower. Laundry is located in the suite and includes a washer and dryer. Kitchen is stocked, with cups, plates, utensils, dish soap, basic kitchen supplies, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen has a dishwasher. All linens and towels are included in your stay but we do not provide mid stay cleaning. Wifi is provided as well as a smart tv to access your Netflix or other streaming programs. This is a quiet professional building that is non-smoking. ***This apartment is located upstairs on second floor only accessed by a stairway. It would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues**** ***There also is potential for some street noise, but mostly quiet inside** Guest access Guess will have full access to the suite. There is also parking in the back with a plug in stall. Other things to note Parking is on the street in front or there is parking in the rear of the building with plug in stalls. The street offers the closest parking to the side door.
