Sleeps 6 (maximum 4 adults). Our tropical island home offers a spacious, comfortable open floor layout with a bright living room, large windows and sliding doors leading to the large deck, where the beautiful Exuma views seem to unfold at your feet , thus the name: “window of the sea”! The living room has comfortable seating for relaxing, taking in the amazing views or watching favorites on the large TV equipped with a fire stick. The open kitchen is well appointed with new appliances and all necessities and has a peninsula for seating two, while the dining table seats four. Our interior décor is modern and comfortable with a touch of Caribbean vibe. The spacious master bedroom has an en suite full bathroom with shower, a comfortable king size bed with quality white cotton linens, smaller TV, double dresser, a spacious closet and large sliding doors to the wrap around deck outside. The second bedroom has two queen beds, double dresser, TV and spacious closet and sliding doors to the outside. A second bathroom with a tub/shower is next to the second bedroom, accessible from the hallway, where a chic laundry area is equipped with a full washer and dryer. We offer cotton linens and towels as well as beach towels and beach bags for your use. All rooms have quiet ceiling fans and new AC units. On the deck there are lounge chairs and a table and chairs to enjoy the gentle sea breeze and beautiful views with your morning coffee or afternoon drinks in paradise! We also have 2 outdoor showers with hot and cold water and clothes lines are available outside. We cannot imagine spending our vacation days in The Exumas on one beach, there is just so much beauty in The Exumas to be seen and experienced! If you are like us, then you will love our home as your comfortable retreat from where your adventures will begin! And just in case you want a very laid-back day, the gorgeous Jolly Hall beach is only a few minutes drive away! We offer all our guests our support in planning the perfect vacation, from travel requirements, car rentals, boat trips and more! The entire house and property is yours to enjoy! • Our house manager will stop by either the day of your arrival or following morning to welcome you and introduce himself. • George Town is the capital of The Exumas; here you will find a bit of just about all the necessities and more: banks, grocery stores, markets, stores, post office, police, clinic, churches, government building, restaurants, bars, lodging, gas station, straw market, marina, docks, boat rental, park and playground, business offices, etc. A car is highly recommended and necessary to fully explore the beautiful islands of Great and Little Exuma. Rent a car from one of the car rentals on the island. The Exuma Cays can be reached by boat. We will provide details in our Welcome Guide. Our home is centrally located, ideal for daily trips to beaches on Great Exuma and Little Exuma as well as close to town and restaurants and under 10 minutes to beautiful Jolly Hall beach!! A car is a necessity to fully explore these beautiful islands.
