The house was a family summer vacation residence in the ‘90s which was recently renovated to update it & its amenities while retaining its original design for an authentic Baguio-house experience. The space 👉🏻 BASE FEE: 12 pax 👉🏻 EXTRA PERSON CHARGE: ₱900/person/night in excess of 12 pax 📌MAXIMUM OF 18 PAX ONLY 📌 For bookings with more than 16 guests, please message us to settle additional payment 📌Children ages 0 to 5 years old are free of charge, kids over 5 years old will be charged the regular rate (When booking, please include the number of kids over 5 years old in the number of Adults) *We allow early check-ins and late check-outs depending on availability (the room might be booked prior to your arrival or after your stay). MAIN FLOOR LEVEL: Living Room with fireplace Dining Room Kitchen Full Bath OUTSIDE: outdoor bar, dining area, firepit, BBQ grill, garden access B. 2nd FLOOR: 1. Master’s Bedroom (can fit up to 8 people) - 4 double beds, full bath, patio & fireplace 2. Guest Bedroom (can fit 4 people) - 1 queen bed & a bunk bed - has a full bath beside the room, has patio access C. BASEMENT UNIT: Studio-Type Unit with Fireplace 3 double beds Dining Nook Kitchen Full bath Guest access Guests of Sachee’s Home can use the outdoor bar, BBQ Grill, fireplace (indoor and outdoor) & garden for free. A pack of charcoal & a bundle of firewood is free for the first use of the grill & firepit but succeeding charcoal & firewood will be charged. *Firewood 100 pesos/bundle *Charcoal 50 pesos/pack Other things to note Since the house is located in a commercial area & is along the highway, PLEASE EXPECT SOME NOISE but our lovely house will surely make up for this.
