Please note that the apartment does not have a stove, but it does have appliances such as an electric pressure cooker and air fryer. - The subway is 650 meters away, a short 9-minute walk; - The Airport is 18 kilometers away and downtown Brasilia is also 18 kilometers away, approximately 25 minutes by car; - Access is facilitated for transportation via apps; - The apartment has a private parking space in the residential internal parking lot. Guest access Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Check-in (3 p.m.) and Check-out (11 a.m.) times are already set, as can be seen at the bottom of the page. IF AVAILABLE, it is possible to change the times, subject to the conditions described below: For Early Check-in, a fee of half a day is charged, allowing entry 4 hours in advance, that is, at 10 a.m. on the check-in date. Before this time, the full daily rate is charged. Late Checkout is charged a fee of half a day, allowing the departure with 4 hours of "delay", that is, until 3 p.m. on the same day. After this time, the full daily rate is charged. In all cases, it will only be possible if there is AVAILABILITY, and it must be checked as far in advance as possible. Other things to note It is MANDATORY to forward a photo of the identification document (ID, Driver's License or Passport) of all guests who will have access to the apartment. Access by minors unaccompanied by parents or guardians is prohibited (upon presentation of supporting document).
