Welcome to our comfy place where your group of 11 can kick back in a peaceful neighborhood. With 5 queen beds and 4 cozy sofas, there's space for everyone. Batawa Ski Hill is 10 minutes away and so is Trenton Bay, which is famous for ice fishing. Just a short stroll away is the scenic Trent River, perfect for morning walks. A brief drive will land you at Trenton Marina for a splash of local culture, or downtown to explore eateries and shops. The space Accommodates 11 guests: - 5 queen beds and 4 sofas (non-sleeper sofas) to accommodate 1-2 extra people. - Complimentary laundry facilities. - Fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals. - 2 spacious living areas, each with a TV and a variety of board games. - Outdoor BBQ and a large pool for enjoyable afternoons. (Pool closed from October to April) - Ping pong table for friendly competitions. - 2 full bathrooms for hassle-free mornings. (Pool closed from October to April) Welcoming, well-ventilated space designed for a homely stay. Guest access - Guests have full, private access to the 2 living rooms, kitchen, all bathrooms, and laundry facilities. - Everything is designated for your exclusive use, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Other things to note - This is a non-smoking property - No parties or events allowed - Please respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am For our safety and yours, the front door and backyard is being monitored by a security camera.
