The space Nestled in the trendy neighbourhood of Surry Hills, this loft-style apartment showcases stunning open-plan living spaces designed to create an urban retreat. Enjoy movie nights thanks to a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV, plush sofa and reliable unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the property. The designer kitchen includes a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a four-person dining table along with a breakfast bar to sit down to a meal at home. Rest easy in two stylish and spacious bedrooms. Both are fitted with a queen-sized bed and topped with hotel-quality linens for a good night's sleep. There is wardrobe space in both bedrooms as well as a convenient study desk in the primary bedroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs and are loft-style and offer privacy, but they overlook the living room below. Each room has either a window or an interior balcony facing the living space, which allows for natural light and an open feel. Please note that while private, the rooms are not fully enclosed, so sound and visibility from the living space may carry. The classic monochrome bathroom offers a spacious shower, toilet and mirrored vanity. Enjoy the convenience of an internal laundry space with a state-of-the-art washing machine and dryer, ideal for longer stays. The apartment has a second separate toilet, and complimentary boutique toiletries are provided for your stay. The apartment does not come with a dedicated car space, but there is restricted street parking in the surrounding streets. The property is a short walk to Central Station and the Elizabeth Street bus route, providing excellent public transport around the city. Please note: Due to ongoing nearby roadworks (expected to finish in 2026), construction noise may be heard from the apartment during the day. Take the opportunity to enjoy the buzz of Crown Street, with Surry Hills’ best eateries, boutiques, and wine bars just steps away. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. ~ Linen ~ Please note that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of the stay. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already includes as part of your clean fee. There is one bath towel per guest for your entire stay and one bathroom set per bathroom which includes 2 face towels, 2 hand towels and 1 bath mat. Any spare linen we keep on site are not for use during your stay. If you do use any component of these linen or bath sets, we will need to charge for the use since we hire these items. The additional charge for open and used linens are: $7.20 for bath sets, $29.80 for bed sets, $10.30 for bath towels ~ 3rd Bed Option ~ If you book for 4 people but require the use of the 3rd bed, there will be an additional charge of $29.80 for this extra linen. Please let us know at the time of booking ~ Complimentary Toiletries ~ Please note the hotel type toiletry kit we supply is complimentary for you, and is designed to just start off your stay. This kit is not designed as a replacement for your own preferred toiletries for the duration of your stay, and cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one kit per bathroom (not one per guest staying) ~ Mid Stay Cleaning Services ~ We also offer 3hr mid-stay professional cleaning service with the following options: 1. Full Cleaning with Freshly Laundered Professional Linen + Toiletries Supply Kit top up per bathroom) $217 2. Full Cleaning Only (no linen delivery changeover or toiletry supplies top up) – $175 *Message us to book your mid stay cleaning service! ~ Long Stays ~ Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. ~ Letterbox Use ~ Note that for security purposes for the owner, we do not have access or a key to the letterbox for the apartment. Do not get mail posted to you at the address because we will have no way to retrieve it for you from the letterbox. Any important hard copy mail that you need sent to you while you stay with us, should be sent to the nearest Australia Post office or Australia Post parcel Locker pick up point instead (you can check online Australia Post for this information - nearest Parcel Locker for pick up is; Surry Hills Parcel Locker, Shop 4, 500 Crown St, Surry Hills, NSW, 2010) ~ Parking ~ There is council managed paid street parking directly outside the property (during business hours 8:30am - 8pm 7 days, then free after 8pm each day). There may also be some all day free parking spots available on nearby streets, but it would be up to guests to find their own parking spot ~ Air Conditioning ~ This property does have air conditioning in the master bedroom and main living area only.
